Monthly or Annual Subscription
ChiroApp is available with a monthly or an annual subscription.
The monthly subscription is a yearly agreement, signed prior to purchase. The monthly charge is $120 and will require automatic payments to be set up at the time of purchase.
The annual subscription is purchased annually which offers a discount on the ChiroApp subscription. This is a savings of $240 over paying monthly.
Post-first year, annual subscribers will receive a locked-in price, equivalent to $80 per month paid annually. This only applies to clients that initially sign up for the annual subscription service.
Monthly subscribers that decide to go annual will receive a locked-in price of the current first annual subscriber price.
Automation services
$20 per automation setup.
At this time, the automation services available are creating a PDF document, sending email/email attachment/PDF, appointment reminders, review links, and notifications to app users for items like received intakes or appointment requests from your website (this automation shows up on your phone/tablet like a typical app notification). Think of an automation like, when I make a change or a change happens to my ChiroApp database, because of X action, I would then like X to happen.
Additional charges will apply for external automation services. This would be like connecting your website intake form answers to your ChiroApp database. This is just one example. If there is something specific you would like, please send ChiroApp a message prior to purchase. This is a third-party service used to move information where it’s needed through the internet environment. Think of this automation like X happened somewhere within my world and I would like X to happen in My ChiroApp database or update your Mailchimp emailing list. These automation services have the same automation setup charge but also require a paid subscription charge to a third party. The monthly charge for this service depends on the number of tasks that are needed. Please reach out to gather more information about these automations.
SMS services are not currently available but will be soon. SMS automation setup would be the same one-time $20 automation charge.

Can be paid monthly or annually.
An annual subscription receives a 50% discount over the monthly price.
Annual subscription is only available when you have purchased the annual ChiroApp subscription.
Subscriptions allow for an allotted amount of messages to be sent. Additional messages, going over the allotted subscribed amount, are charged at .02 cents per message inbound and outbound (sent and received).
SMS subscriptions allow for the use of one SMS number.
